Since its formation in 2007, Availon has established itself as the leading independent service provider for WTGs in the megawatt class. The Rheine-based company specializes in increasing the availability of all WTGs under their care as well as the continuous technical optimization of WTGs during their entire service life. Complete WTG competence
Availon provides high quality servicing of a WTG series with comprehensive expertise and an efficient spare parts management. This is ensured by experienced engineers and service technicians with experience obtained at leading manufacturers and participation in certified staff training. With some 260 employees in Europe and the USA, Availon manages wind energy projects involving Vestas®, Nordex®, Gamesa® and GE® turbines.
Demonstrable WTG optimization
In addition to maintenance and repair, remote monitoring, servicing of rotor blades and spare parts management (also large components), optimizations play an important role in Availon’s portfolio of services. Availon’s Competence Centers in Rheine and Hamburg have also developed upgrades that demonstrably increase availability and reduce repair costs.
Certified full-service
Availon is the first independent service provider for WTGs to be fully certified by Germanischer Lloyd for its maintenance and servicing processes.
