The 6 Megawatts (MW) plant reached commercial operation under the new power purchase agreement (PPA) with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) that allows for hourly energy deliveries of up to 7.5 MW and now receives the full commercial rate defined in the PPA.

Shanghai, China – Jinko Solar on Thursday announced that it priced the offering of 3,750,000 American Depositary Shares (the "ADSs"), each representing four ordinary shares of the Company, par value 0.00002 US-Dollar per share (the "ADS Offering"), at 35.25 US-Dollar per ADS. Palo Alto, USA – Tesla sales in the fourth quarter of 2013 were the highest in company history by a significant margin. With almost 6,900 vehicles sold and delivered, Tesla exceeded prior guidance by approximately 20 percent. A higher than expected number of cars was manufactured as a result of efforts by the Tesla production team and key suppliers, particularly Panasonic.
