GT Solar announces $70+ mn polysilicon equipment contract

New Hampshire, USA - GT Solar International announced that it has signed contracts with a total value of more than $70 million with a leading Asian polysilicon manufacturer for new CVD equipment and related polysilicon production services.

GT Solar is a provider of polysilicon production technology, crystalline ingot growth systems and related PV manufacturing services for the solar industry.
