SolarCity targets million customer goal with acquisition of Paramount Solar
San Mateo, USA - SolarCity has announced that they have entered into a definite agreement to acquire the assets of Paramount Solar. The cost of the transaction is valued at approximately 120 million US-dollars (90 million euros), of which 116.3 million US-dollars (87 million euros) will be paid in stock and the remainder in cash. By taking over Paramount Solar, Solar City inches closer to its goal to deliver solar energy to more than one million customers.
