WKN AG sells additional wind farm to KGAL Group

Husum - The Husum project developer WKN AG has sold the rights for the Dargies wind farm in France with an overall output of 12 megawatts to the KGAL Group headquartered in Gr

The construction of the six Enercon E82-type turbines, each with an output of 2.0 megawatts and a hub height of 78 metres, is now being accompanied by WKN AG on behalf of the investor. The commissioning of the French wind farm is scheduled for July 2014. Road construction was already launched in September. The expected annual electricity production is about 30 gigawatt hours. After its commissioning, the wind farm developed by WKN will provide more than 6,000 French households with green electricity.

The town of Dargies is situated in the Picardie region in the north of France. Udo Follrichs, Senior Vice President of Sales & Purchasing at WKN AG says:
