23 Million Euro overdue: Insolvent SiC Processing is going to sue Yingli

Hirschau, Germany - The insolvency administrator of SiC Processing GmbH (SIC) and its subsidiary, SiC Processing (Baoding)Ltd., are going to sue various subsidiaries of the solar panel company Yingli, to enforce outstanding debts and bring contractual compensation claims for short deliveries.
