Global offshore wind power market to reach almost 40,000 megawatts by 2020
London - With more countries utilizing offshore wind potential, the global offshore wind power market is expected to increase more than fivefold from 7,100 Megawatts (MW) in 2013 to 39,900 MW by 2020, representing a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 28 percent, according to research and consulting firm GlobalData.
