Solar: "Litigation Funding" for an arbitration proceeding against Spain

Madrid - DIKEOS Abogados is in the process of closing an agreement with an important "Litigation Funder" from London on the financing of an arbitration proceeding against Spain.

The object of the arbitration proceeding, which shall be placed in Stockholm, will be the various changes in the remuneration system for renewable energy-projects in Spain. The agreement with the litigation funder provides that he bears all costs of the arbitration proceeding, and in turn receives a 25% success-fee of the payout, in case the proceeding is successful.
