RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG sells 100% shareholding in the company \"La Benâte Energies SARL\"
Munich - RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG ("RENERCO") has sold the 100% shareholding in the company "La Benâte Energies SARL", which owns and operates the Wind Park "La Benâte" in the region of Poitou-Charentes, Département de Charente-Maritime. Acquirer of the shareholding was Enovos Luxembourg S.A.
The installed capacity of the wind park is 12 MW, consisting of 6 x 2 MW Enercon E82 turbines. The sale represents a strategic milestone for RENERCO, who was responsible for the conceptualization, development and turnkey construction of the wind park. Via its French subsidiary, RENERCO has established a foothold in the French market, with further projects currently under development and construction.
RENERCO will continue to be involved with the Wind Park "La Benâte" on an ongoing basis, as it is responsible for commercial management as well as for technical operations management.
