Bremen - wpd AG pins its faith in continuity. The management contract with Dr. Hartmut Brösamle was prolonged for a further five years at the beginning of December. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Klaus Meier, welcomed this development: \"As a member of the Management Board Dr. Hartmut Brösamle has, over the course of the past eight years, been crucially responsible for the successful development and international expansion of wpd. We are therefore pleased to have him with us for a further five years.\"

Dr. Hartmut Brösamle is a graduate information and systems scientist. In all, he has gathered about 20 years of experience working in leading positions in the wind energy industry. At wpd the 50-year-old is the Management Board Member responsible for world-wide project development and the construction of the onshore projects.
