Internationalization: WPD Windmanager Strengthens Activities on The Finnish Market

Bremen - WPD Windmanager GmbH & Co. KG is strengthening its presence on the Finnish wind energy market in 2020. At the beginning of the year, WPD Windmanager Scandinavia Oy was renamed WPD Windmanager Suomi Oy.

"Over the years, we have grown enormously in Finland. That is why we have now decided to change the company from Scandinavia to the Finnish name – wpd windmanager Suomi Oy – in accordance with our size“, says Director Erja Vengasaho. In addition to the new countries Spain and Chile, Sweden will soon be added as a further Scandinavian target market for wpd windmanager. "With the change of name, we thus have a clear separation of the respective countries", adds Managing Director Nils Brümmer.

This year, WPD Windmanager will have its own stand at "Wind Finland goes Production 2020" in Oulu and will be available to answer to Finnish wind farm operators on 12 February 2020. "The conference in the immediate vicinity of our location offers a great opportunity to exchange with investors and wind farm operators and enables us to further expand our network," explains Till Schorer, Director Sales at wpd windmanager.

Just in time for the new year, WPD Windmanager has also gone online with a Finnish language version of its website. In addition to German, English and French, Finnish wind farm operators can now obtain information on all services relating to the commercial and technical management of wind farms in their national language.
