Russia and Germany cooperate in biomass sector

Special focus in line with the cooperation will be placed on the extension of the use of bioenergy in the Russian federation. The REA was founded in 2009 and is part of the Russian energy ministry. Since 2011 it is responsible for the development of renewable energies in Russia.
