US -Trade Ministry: import duties on Chinese solar cells effective retroactively
Bonn, Germany – The US-American Trade ministry has decided to make anti-subvention duties against Chinese solar electricity cells and modules become retroactively effective. According to SolarWorld, the US-Department of Commerce explained on Monday (local time) that the imposition of duties would already come into force retroactively for a period of three months. |
