Online Training: RENAC Launches Digital Introduction to Renewable Energies in April

Berlin, Germany - Even during the Corona pandemic, the demand for continuing education remains high. This is shown by the experience of the Berlin-based Renewables Academy AG (RENAC).

RENAC, which is one of the world's leading training providers in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency, is once again offering its introductory course "Introduction in Renewable Energy Technologies" in April as a 'Special Edition' both virtually and live. This is in response to the continuing high demand for practical online live training courses in this field.

The course, offered in English, will take place from April 19 to April 30, 2021. Participants will gain an insight into various renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaics, solar thermal, hydropower, wind energy and biogas from the comfort of their own homes. An overview of the areas of application, important economic aspects and basics of system implementation round off the content of this compact course. According to RENAC, the new virtual, interactive learning units are field-tested and specifically tailored to the learning needs in this industry. The training is aimed at participants interested in a comprehensive overview of technical and economic aspects of renewable energies and their implementation. The main target group is project managers who want to get involved in the market development of a climate-friendly and sustainable energy supply.

"RENAC has been very quick to address the changing situation over the past year and has developed new virtual formats", said RENAC Executive Director Berthold Breid. The many positive responses of the participants are a great motivation for the team and show how important it is also in the training sector to think digitally in a fast and flexible new way, Breid said about the new digital conceptan.
