Capcora Financial Advisor: Enerparc Receives Bridge Financing From Eiffel Investment For PV Portfolio With Over 300 MW
Frankfurt am Main, Germany - Enerparc AG has secured bridge financing for a project portfolio consisting of PV and hybrid projects with battery energy storage systems (BESS) with a total capacity of 325 MW.
The portfolio comprises 15 PV projects in Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswig-Holstein and Brandenburg. The size of the projects ranges from around 6 MWp to 39 MWp. Most of the projects have already been built or are nearing completion.
The projects are remunerated in accordance with the EEG or, due to the additionally installed battery storage systems, as part of the subsidy in one of the innovation tenders. In some cases, the PV electricity generated is also remunerated via power purchase agreements, which include both "baseload" and "pay as forecasted" off-take models.
"With the successful completion of this transaction, we have finalized the financing for an extensive portfolio. Most importantly, we have expanded our network of financing partners by adding a new partner from the debt fund sector. This enables us to react even more flexibly to the constantly changing market conditions and to find optimal financing solutions for our growing portfolio," says Marco Langone, Head of Finance at Enerparc.
