Nordex Wind Turbines: VSB Commissions Flintbek Wind Farm in Schleswig-Holstein

Flintbek/Dresden (Germany) - The new Flintbek wind farm in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde has been officially commissioned. The operator is the VSB Group, a project developer for renewable energy and battery storage. Construction work on the two wind turbines with a total capacity of 11.4 MW began in summer 2024.

The two Nordex N149 turbines now generate green electricity for around 12,000 households. For VSB, Flintbek is the first commissioned wind project in Schleswig-Holstein.
