Ready-to-Build Solar Project Sold to Brookfield Platform Company: Visiolar sells 95 MWp Solar Park in Brandenburg to Sunovis

Frankfurt am Main (Germany) - Visiolar has successfully completed the sale of a ready-to-build (RTB) solar PV asset with a capacity of 95 MWp. The buyer is Sunovis, a platform company of Brookfield. The transaction was exclusively advised by Capcora as part of a sell-side mandate.

The project has achieved “ready-to-build” status, with construction scheduled to begin immediately following the acquisition. In a market characterized by small, fragmented projects, this is one of the few large-scale projects in Germany currently changing ownership.
