Nordex continues its growth trajectory in 2025 with record orders exceeding 10,000 MW - Nordex shares on a strong upward trend

Hamburg – The Nordex Group continues its growth trajectory and closes the 2025 financial year with a new record. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company secured orders totaling 3,600 MW. As a result, total order intake for the full year reached 10,200 MW (10.2 GW), exceeding the previous year’s record by 22.5 percent.

Order intake rose to EUR 3.175 billion in the final quarter, compared with EUR 2.889 billion in the same period of the previous year. At the same time, the pricing environment remained stable. The average selling price amounted to EUR 0.89 million per megawatt in the fourth quarter of 2025, unchanged from the prior-year quarter. For the full year 2025, the average selling price reached EUR 0.91 million per megawatt, slightly above the EUR 0.90 million recorded in 2024. This increase was primarily driven by project scope and regional mix effects.

Between October and December 2025, customers ordered a total of 547 wind turbines for projects in twelve countries. The majority of orders came from Germany, Canada, and France, which are among the Nordex Group’s core markets.

"After a strong order intake in 2024, we continued this positive momentum in 2025, underlining the strength of our product portfolio and our customer relationships. The majority of our orders came from our core markets in Europe and Canada, where Nordex holds a strong position. This success has resulted in a solid order backlog at year-end, providing a stable foundation for the future," said José Luis Blanco, Chief Executive Officer of the Nordex Group.

The positive development is also reflected on the stock market. The Nordex share, which is listed in the global RENIXX stock index, rose by around 1.4 percent to EUR 32.50 in early trading.

With this record order intake, the Nordex Group underscores its strong market position in the international onshore wind business and creates a robust basis for further growth in the coming years.
