Decarbonizing The Supply Chain: Plug Power Delivers More Than 50 Hydrogen Forklifts to Southwire
Slingerlands, USA - Southwire, a leading cable manufacturer in North America, has selected US fuel cell and hydrogen company Plug Power Inc. to implement a hydrogen ecosystem at its new facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
Southwire is pursuing ambitious CO2 reduction targets and has firmly integrated sustainability into its strategy. The company focuses on energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the circular economy. The plug solution will save more than 1 million pounds of CO2 annually.

Plug Power's share price fell by 3.8 percent to EUR 1.52 in the first four days of the trading week (closing price, March 13, 2025, Stuttgart Stock Exchange). Compared to the price at the turn of the year, the share is down 33.3 percent.
