PV Market in Focus: Windpunx Launches Subsidiary Solarpunx

Berlin, Germany – Windpunx GmbH & Co. KG, a company specializing in the technical and commercial management of wind turbines, is expanding its business activities. With the newly founded Solarpunx GmbH & Co. KG, the company is adding the management of photovoltaic systems to its service portfolio.

The new subsidiary operates independently but remains under proven leadership: Sebastian Brosch continues to head the technical division at Solarpunx, while Marco Rindler is responsible for the commercial side. The goal is to benefit from the strong growth in the solar market and to offer clients customized services for monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of their PV systems.

“Photovoltaics is part of the energy mix of the future. With solarpunx, we are giving this sector the space it deserves - with its own brand, its own structure and plenty of power,” says Rindler. While both companies will operate independently, a shared umbrella brand is already in the planning stages. This brand aims to unify future growth and provide innovative new solutions for managing renewable energy.
