Intelligent E-Mobility on the Rise: Xpeng Q3 Deliveries Up 149%, September Hits New Record

Guangzhou (China) – Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Xpeng delivered a total of 41,581 vehicles in September 2025, marking the highest monthly figure in the company’s history. Compared to the same month last year, this represents a 95% increase, while deliveries were up 10% from August 2025.

For the third quarter of 2025 (July to September), Xpeng reported 116,007 EVs delivered, a 149% year-over-year increase. Cumulative deliveries for the first nine months of 2025 totaled 313,196 vehicles, up 218% compared to the same period in 2024.

In September, the 10,000th new Xpeng P7 also rolled off the production line. The model is the fastest-produced vehicle in the company’s lineup, achieving 40 jobs per hour (JPH) on a new production line—a metric indicating that 40 vehicles per hour roll off the complete production line.

Xpeng also received the highest MSCI ESG rating of AAA for the third consecutive year in September, underscoring its position in the global automotive industry.

The strong delivery figures and steadily increasing production confirm Xpeng’s growth trajectory in the intelligent EV segment. Meanwhile, the monthly active user penetration rate of 83% in urban driving shows that the VLA-based XNGP systems with door-to-door ADAS functionality in the New Xpeng P7 and G7 Ultra models are widely used, indicating rising demand for connected mobility solutions. The system combines cameras, radar, and sensor fusion technology to monitor city traffic, intersections, and driveways, enabling partially automated driving.

Xpeng shares are currently trading at €19.10, representing a solid 64% increase since the beginning of the year.
