Nordex Shares Continue to Rise: Nordex Secures 123 MW Orders From Denkerwulf in Schleswig-Holstein
Hamburg (Germany) - The Nordex Group has received three orders from the German wind park developer DenkerWulf for 25 onshore wind turbines with a total capacity of 122.7 megawatts (MW). The turbines are scheduled to be installed from 2027 in three wind parks in Schleswig-Holstein, with commissioning planned for 2028. The orders also include the maintenance of the turbines under a 20-year premium service contract.
Thomas Behrendt, Head of Wind Turbine Procurement and Rostock Site Manager at DenkerWulf, emphasized: “Our renewed strong commitment underlines the close and flexible partnership with Nordex. We are particularly pleased that we successfully completed the repowering in Galmsbüll – a very windy location - together with the community wind park.”
Overall, DenkerWulf’s orders for Nordex in 2025 now amount to nearly 144 MW. The Galmsbüll Park project is also one of the largest projects in Germany this year. “By deploying Nordex turbines in these new projects, we are supporting DenkerWulf in the sustainable production and supply of electricity in northern Germany. The N133/4800 turbines are specifically designed for regions with similarly strong wind conditions and can optimally utilize the local wind resources in northern Germany even with lower hub heights,” stressed Karsten Brüggemann, Vice President Region Central of the Nordex Group.
DenkerWulf is one of Germany’s leading wind park developers, with over 930 projects realized and an installed capacity of more than 2 GW. The Nordex Group has installed around 57 GW of wind power worldwide and generated revenues of €7.3 billion in 2024.
The Nordex share continues its growth trajectory this morning. After already reaching a new multi-year high yesterday, the stock price is rising further. Nordex shares are currently trading at €28.02.
