Capcora Advises: Goodyields Sells Italian Solar Park to LCF Alliance

Frankfurt am Main, Germany - The Italian operator of renewable energy plants LCF Alliance is expanding its renewable energy portfolio with a further photovoltaic project in Italy.

The seller is the Renewable Energy Infrastructure Fund II (REIF II), which is advised by Goodyields Capital Group. Goodyields Capital is a Munich-based, independent and highly specialised company that focuses exclusively on investments in renewable energy infrastructure.

LCF Alliance was legally advised by Rödl & Partner and Goodyields was supported in the transaction by Watson Farley & Williams, with Frankfurt-based advisory firm Capcora acting as M&A advisor to Goodyields.

The 2.5 MW solar park, which was commissioned in 2011, is located in Sicily. The solar power generated is remunerated over 20 years in accordance with the Italian Conto Energia IV feed-in programme.

LCF has been active as an aggregator and operator on the Italian renewable energy market since 2017 and is strategically focussing on expanding its IPP (Independent Power Producer) portfolio. The current operational portfolio in Italy comprises more than 110 PV plants with a total capacity of over 100 MWp.
