Nordex Share on the Rise: Nordex Group Receives Additional 21 MW Order from BMR Energy Solutions

Hamburg (Germany) - The Nordex Group has received an order from BMR energy solutions GmbH for the delivery and installation of three N163/6.X wind turbines for the “Heinsberg-Boverath” wind farm in North Rhine-Westphalia. The total capacity of the project is 21 MW.

This brings BMR’s orders alone this year to nearly 110 MW. Since January 2025, the Nordex Group has received numerous additional projects from BMR, including 5-MW-class turbines of the N149/5.X type as well as N163 turbines of the 5.X and 6-MW class (6.X) for wind farms in Bedburg, Wanlo, Geilenkirchen, Heinsberg-Boverath, and Willich. Commissioning of the turbines is planned for 2026 and 2027.

The new turbines in the Rhenish mining region are intended to contribute to the region’s successful structural transformation, as it phases out coal-fired power generation in the coming years and shifts to renewable energy.

To date, the Nordex Group has installed around 57 GW of wind energy capacity across more than 40 markets and generated revenues of EUR 7.3 billion in 2024. The company employs more than 10,400 people and operates production facilities in Germany, Spain, Brazil, India, the USA, and Mexico.

The share price of Nordex, which is listed in the RENIXX index, has already more than doubled this year.
