PNE Strengthens Supervisory Board with Experienced Financial Expert: Florian Schuhbauer Returns to PNE AG’s Oversight Committee

Cuxhaven (Germany) - PNE AG gains support and expertise from a long-standing capital markets professional. The Tostedt District Court has appointed Florian Schuhbauer, co-founder and Co-CIO of Active Ownership Capital, as a member of the supervisory board until the next ordinary annual general meeting. Schuhbauer succeeds Marc van’t Noordende, who resigned his mandate effective 29 July 2025.

Florian Schuhbauer was already part of the oversight committee of PNE AG from 2017 to 2022 and is familiar with the company and its strategic challenges. With his experience in international financial markets and his expertise in corporate development and transformation, he is regarded as a distinguished representative of active investors in publicly listed companies.

With his extensive capital market experience and deep understanding of our sector, he perfectly complements the Supervisory Board and will support PNE AG in further strengthening its strategic positioning,” said Dirk Simons, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, welcoming the appointment. His return comes at a time when important decisions for the company’s future development are being made. Simons emphasized that the supervisory board, together with the management board and shareholders, is working on a long-term orientation.
